PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE (PTC)
We would like to invite all parents to our Parent Teacher Conference (PTC) on Friday, 15th March 2019. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know your child’s teacher, and receive a progress report. The progress report represents a snapshot of your child’s progress to date. Please note, the final grade is not calculated until end of May. This means your child still has time to develop and improve until the final grade is calculated in end of May. This PTC is important, because this is a time when you can meet with teachers to talk about specific strategies to help your child improve. This is a chance for your child to consider their strengths and weaknesses, and develop a strategy to improve their semester grade. Our teachers will be available from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon. We hope you all can attend.
We would like to invite you to book an appointment to see your child’s teachers during the PTC. On Friday, 8th March, you will receive an email from psadmin. The email contains the link to the PTC booking system and important directions to sign up for an appointment using the booking system. The booking system will be open from the 8th to the 13th March. We look forward to seeing you at the PTC on the 15th March.
During the PTC day, IT will be on hand to answer any questions about the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Please feel welcome to ask for help.
