SECONDARY AND JC FIELD TRIPS
On Wednesday, March 6th, our SIS-PIK Secondary students explored Jakarta and Bogor for their annual field trip.
SECONDARY 1
Students explored the “History of Indonesia” by visiting MONAS (Monumen Nasional) and the National Museum.
SECONDARY 2
Students investigated “Indigenous Plants of Indonesia and Southeast Asia” at the Bogor Botanical Garden.
SECONDARY 3
Students discovered more about “Economic Growth and its Development in Indonesia” at SMESCO and the Museum of Bank Indonesia.
SECONDARY 4
Secondary 4 enjoyed a “Soft Skills Development Workshop” to develop critical thinking, communication, and leadership.
JUNIOR COLLEGE FIELD TRIP
On March 12th our JC1 visited Aerofood to find out more about inflight meals and airline food catering.
BIOLOGY FIELD TRIP
Last Friday, March 8th our Biology classes visited the Indonesia International Institute for Life Sciences or I3L. Students explored the process behind scientific discoveries, and enjoyed some very challenging activities using equipment from state of the art laboratories.
