VACCINATIONS AT SCHOOL
Thank you to our SIS-PIK families who have joined the first vaccination at SIS KG. We would like to inform all of our students who took part in our vaccination programme for SIS Families on July 9th 2021, that you should have received an SMS for your second dose which will be taking place on August 6th 2021 at Polres Jakarta Utara, this means at SIS Kelapa Gading.
If you have not received an SMS for your second dose, you should come on the 28th day after your first dose to SIS Kelapa Gading.
The vaccination programme for the first shot at SIS Kelapa Gading is extended until August 31st 2021. Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm are reserved for ages 12-17. The second dose will be on the 28th day after the first dose at the same venue.
Please see below the documents that you need to bring:
- e-KTP (for adults)
- Copy of Kartu Keluarga (KK)/Family Card (for child/ren from 12-17 years old)
- Copy of SKTT/Surat Keterangan Tempat Tinggal/Certificate of Residence (for non-Indonesian citizens)
