JAPAN INTERNATIONAL SCIENCE AND MATHEMATICS OLYMPIADS (JISMO)

We  are  pleased to  inform  you that our school has been invited to participate in the Maths and Science Online JISMO Autumn 2020 Olympiads. The Online Olympiads competition is open from Primary 2 to Primary 6 students. 

The competition will be :

Mathematics :
P2 – P3 : 12^th October 2020
P4 – P6 : 14^th October 2020

Science :
P2 – P3 : 19^th October 2020
P4 – P6 : 21^st October 2020

This is a great opportunity for your child to compete against other schools and apply their knowledge and skills they’ve learnt beyond the four walls of the classroom. Moreover, it will help your child develop their self-esteem and strive for excellence in Science and Maths.

In order for your child to join the competition without anxiety, competition guidelines and rules will be carefully explained prior to the competition.

Please take note of the requirements to join JISMO Autumn 2020:

• Own a PC or laptop at home.
• Have your own email address for Zoom.
• Have a stable and strong internet connection.
• Use/operate Zoom and Google Form independently. (Please note that for certain countries, Google apps are not available, due to Regulations and Legal issues)

For those parents who are interested in allowing their child to join the competition, please fill in this JISMO Pre-registration Form the latest by 10^th September 2020. Our school system will send the BCA Virtual Account if your child is interested in participating. The registration fee is IDR 220,000/subject.
