PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCES (PTC)

We would like to invite all Secondary and JC parents to our Parent Teacher Conference (PTC) on Friday, 20th September 2019. Our PTC for our Primary and Preschool parents will follow on Friday 27th September. The PTC is a wonderful opportunity to get to know your child’s teacher, and receive a progress report. The progress report represents a snapshot of your child’s progress to date. Please note, the final grade is not calculated until end of December. This means your child still has time to develop and improve until the final grade is calculated at the end of December. This PTC is important, because this is a time when you can meet with teachers to talk about specific strategies to help your child improve. This is a chance for your child to consider their strengths and weaknesses, and develop a strategy to improve their semester grade. Our teachers will be available from 7:30 am to 12:00 noon. We hope you all can attend.

We would like to invite our Secondary and JC parents to book an appointment to see your child’s teachers during the PTC on the 20th September. On Friday, 13th September,  you will receive an email from psadmin. The email contains the link to the PTC booking system and important directions to sign up for an appointment using the booking system. The booking system will be open from the 13th to the 18th September. We look forward to seeing our Secondary and JC parents at the PTC on the 20th September.

We would like to invite our Preschool and Primary parents to book an appointment to see teachers during the PTC on the 27th September. On Friday, 20th September,  you will receive an email from psadmin and the link to the PTC booking system. The booking system will be open from the 20th to the 25th September. We look forward to seeing our Preschool and Primary parents at the PTC on the 27th September.

During the PTC days, IT will be on hand to answer any questions about the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Please feel welcome to ask for help.
