VIRTUAL PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE (PTC)

All parents are warmly invited to our Parent Teacher Conference (PTC) on Friday, December 11thTo keep our community safe, this semester we will operate a virtual PTC. Our teachers will use Zoom to communicate with parents in real time. Please be assured, we will use passwords or secure links to ensure the integrity and sanctity of our Zoom parent appointments. This is a wonderful opportunity to speak to your child’s teacher, and receive the semester report. The report is a summary of your child’s achievement over the semester. This PTC is important, because this is a time when you can meet with teachers to talk about specific strategies to help your child improve. This is a chance for your child to explore their strengths and weaknesses, and develop a strategy to improve their grade for next semester. 

We invite all parents to sign up for virtual appointments through our PTC booking system. On Friday, December 4th, you will receive an email from psadmin. The email contains the link to the PTC booking system and important directions to sign up for an appointment using the booking system. The booking system will be open from the 4th to the 9th December. You will also receive information regarding how to use Zoom. If you have questions, you are most welcome to ask our IT team at it@sis-pik.com for help. The day before the PTC, our teachers will send you the Zoom ID and password.

On the 11th December, you can log into the Zoom meeting at your appointed time. We aim to run our PTCs just as if school was in session.
