PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE (PTC) and TERM 1 REPORTS
We would like to invite all parents to our face-to-face Parent Teacher Conference (PTC) on Friday, 23rd September 2022.
Our teachers will be available from 7:30 am to 12 noon on Friday the 23rd September. We hope you all can attend. As part of our gradual move away from virtual learning and communication, to more effective methods, we will be holding our PTC face-to-face once again. This will be a great opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with their teachers. To respect all parents waiting to meet teachers, we have instructed our staff to prioritise parents with appointments and request that meetings are limited to 10 minutes. Seating will be provided for parents waiting to meet teachers. We hope to minimise waiting times and create greater convenience for our parents.
You will be emailed a link to our booking system, which will be open from 14th – 21st September. Term 1 Reports will be available through the PowerSchool Parent Portal App. There will be no emailed softcopies, or hard copies of the reports. The Parent Portal App has considerable detail on students attainment and attendance. To encourage parents to engage with the app, we issue term 1 and 3 reports only through the app. If you need any assistance in using the app, please let us know.
