INCLUSIVITY WEEK
In SIS-PIK’s Inclusivity Week, our littlest learners in Preschool embarked on an inspiring journey. This dynamic week-long event, held during circle time and weaved into our lessons, ignited a powerful message: embracing both our unique differences and our shared humanity. The vibrant echoes of Jack Hartmann’s “We Are a Family” united the students in a harmonious environment where diversity is celebrated. Students learnt to appreciate greetings in different languages and develop an appreciation for the wonders of foreign languages. Through the handprint wreath project, these values came alive, embedding lessons of togetherness and acceptance.
In SIS-PIK Primary, students participated in activities celebrating diversity’s enriching influence on the community. They learnt to embrace individual differences with respect and mindfulness, fostering inclusivity and understanding. Inclusivity Week at SIS-PIK was an engaging celebration for all.
