NEW SPORTS DEPARTMENT

We are thrilled to introduce the newest members of our Sports Department team here at SIS-PIK. As we start another exciting school year, we are delighted to welcome Mr Brian, Ms Aulia, Mr Ernest, and Ms Laura to our ever-growing family.

Mr Brian – An experienced and versatile teacher of Physical Education

Mr Brian, a distinguished addition to our team, brings with him a wealth of experience in the world of sports education. Mr Brian joins us as a teacher of PE and BTEC Sport. Not only is he an accomplished coach in Volleyball, Football, and Swimming, but he is also armed with a degree in Sport Science from Manado State University. His commitment to continuous learning is evident through his pursuit of a Master’s in Education Leadership at Pelita Harapan University.

Professional Expertise – Ms Aulia and Mr Ernest

Accompanying Mr Brian are two full-time sports coaches, Ms Aulia and Mr Ernest. These dedicated professionals come to us with a breadth of expertise across various sports, including Swimming and Basketball. Their presence promises to enrich our students’ learning experiences in the realm of sports.

Guiding with Passion – Ms Laura Hamilton

Taking the helm of our Sports Department is Ms Laura Hamilton, an esteemed leader with an impressive background. Formerly of the American School of Bombay, Ms Laura has an extensive career in Health and Sports education teaching and leadership, spanning both the United States and India. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health, she infuses our team with boundless energy, passion, and innovative ideas to elevate our sports offering.

The synergy of our new team members, led by Ms Laura, is set to redefine the sports landscape here at SIS-PIK. Their collective expertise and zeal will undoubtedly inspire our students to strive for excellence, both on and off the field.
