EXAMINATIONS

SEMESTER EXAMS

Semester exams can be a very stressful time. Please help us to support your child to have a positive experience during the exam period. Please find the Semester Exams schedules for Primary, Secondary and JC attached below.

As a reminder, students may not enter and exit the school at will during the school day, even during the semester exam period.  Students are required to enter the school in time to take the exam. During the time between exams, and additional classes your child is welcome to enjoy lunch in the canteen or ThinkTank Cafe, or study in the library.  To be clear, your child may not exit the school after their exam, and then re-enter the school again in the afternoon. To keep our promise of security, we require your child to remain in our safekeeping during school hours.  Thank you for your understanding.

SEC 4 IGCSE AND IB EXAM SESSIONS

Your child will soon sit for their IGCSE and IB Examinations. Attached are important documents which pertains to the examinations. Please download and print a copy if necessary. It is important that your child reads the attached files especially in regards to their scheduled exam.

Some friendly reminders:

  • During the examinations your child must be in proper school uniform complete with school IDs, proper black sport shoes, etc.
  • Sec 4 IGCSE: The statement of entry must always be brought for the exams.
  • Depending on the subject, your child must bring ballpens, pencil, eraser, ruler, protractor, compass, and scientific calculator without cover. These items can be placed inside a clear pencil case. No borrowing is allowed.
  • Your child must be in school at least one (1) hour before their scheduled exam.
  • Electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, smart watches, etc. are not allowed to be brought to school.
  • Clear and unlabeled drinking bottles are allowed.
  • For further details regarding rules, please refer to the attached Exam Rules and Guidance for candidates.
  • IB DP Exams:
    • Correction tapes/fluids are not allowed.
    • Highlighters and writing in the question papers are allowed, but highlighters are not permitted in the answer booklets. Please write your exam in blue or black ink.
    • Calculators must be cleared in accordance to IBO regulations.
