iPSLE EXAMINATION

SIS-PIK conducted the international Primary School Examinations (iPSLE) between June 26 and July 7, 2023. The examinations typically take place annually during the end June to early July. It was the second time for our students to sit for this assessment which is developed in Singapore for international students in the region. The iPSLE is a comprehensive assessment and allows us to evaluate the proficiency of our students in our Primary curriculum. 

All Grade 6 students were actively engaged in the preparation for the examinations and were equipped with self-study materials and teacher support. The students exuded confidence, showcasing their resilience during the assessment. A recent session with the Singapore Examinations Assessment Board lauded SIS-PIK’s exceptional performance, students securing an array of Distinctions and Certificates of Merit. The eagerly awaited results for this cohort are slated for November 2023, with the exact release date to be confirmed by SEAB. 

Parents of our current Grade 6 students were briefed on the iPSLE information during the Primary Parent Coffee Morning on August 25, 2023. Further details, including dates for the iPSLE in 2024 will be shared with parents once they are released by SEAB.
