PREFECT INVESTITURE

The upcoming prefects of the Academic Year 2024 have been chosen! During the first day of school, the new role models took part in a Prefect Investiture ceremony. To start the ceremony, the dedication of the outgoing prefects were acknowledged by the giving of certificates. The candle lighting ceremony was a major part of the investiture, starting from one lit candle, lighting up countless numbers of candles. It resembles the continuous growth that we can achieve together.

As newly chosen prefects, it is our responsibility to uphold the school’s legacy and morals. Several roles are assigned to the students: the Head and Vice-head Prefects, Captain and Vice-Captain of Houses, and grade representatives. Our goal is to maintain the 4Rs and 3Is, which are our school values. By maintaining these values, we believe that a positive school environment will be attained.

We are deeply thankful to our school community, teachers and fellow students for their support. We will try our best to excel through collaborative efforts, ensuring effectiveness in our roles.
