iPSLE

SIS-PIK conducted the international Primary School Examination (iPSLE) for the first time from 27 October to 3 November 2022. The examination, organised by the Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board, assesses learning based on the Singapore Primary Curriculum. It is usually held annually in July but takes place this year in November for all international schools in Southeast Asia due to the pandemic.  

Congratulations to our very first iPSLE cohort, the Grade 7 students. The iPSLE will allow us to benchmark our students’ academic skills against Singapore’s standards. Exam review sessions were conducted to help students prepare and master their English, Maths and Science skills and ample preparation was put together to ensure our students were ready. The entire experience provided our students with opportunities that developed their academic rigour and perseverance.
