Dear SIS-PIK Families,
It is a really packed edition of our Showcase this month as there has been so much happening at school. Our Anniversary Gala was clearly the highlight of the year – of 20 years to be precise! It was so lovely to share the celebration with so many parents, students, staff and alumni – please do read about how we transformed the MPH into a wonderful venue for the occasion, and the many lovely speeches and performances during the evening.
We have had lots of academic, sporting and musical moments to celebrate too through the many competitions and awards our students have received. I’m very proud of every student here at SIS-PIK, and the initiative and competitive spirit make our motto ‘Towards Greater Heights’ more than just words.
Our teachers don’t stand still either – always wishing to develop and improve. Last month saw our leaders attending the EduTech Conference in Singapore, and our teachers training other IB and IGCSE educators from all over Indonesia at the very first ‘Engage Indonesia’ conference.
Another moment of pride last month came when we were featured as the cover story for the current issue of Education Eureka, who named SIS-PIK Indonesia’s most acclaimed Cambridge School. You can read the full article here:
