Dr Dan, Ms Jun, and Mr Gareth recently represented SIS-PIK at EduTech Asia, the largest educational technology conference in the region. This prestigious event showcased cutting-edge innovations in teaching and learning, offering a wealth of workshops, seminars, and talks on the latest advancements in classroom technology.

The conference featured an impressive array of exhibitors demonstrating tools and resources that could enhance teaching methods and student engagement. From AI-driven learning platforms to virtual reality tools for immersive learning experiences, the event was a treasure trove of ideas for integrating technology into the classroom.

Beyond exploring new technologies, the team also engaged in meaningful networking opportunities with school leaders from across Asia. Discussions centred on school improvement strategies, sharing best practices, and collaborative approaches to advancing education.

A highlight of the conference was Dr Dan’s participation as a guest speaker. He delivered a compelling talk on school well-being, emphasising its crucial role in fostering a thriving educational environment. Dr Dan also joined a panel discussion alongside school leaders from Thailand, India and the Philippines, focusing on vocational pathways in education. The audience showed great interest in the BTEC pathways offered at SIS-PIK, which complement the school’s IBDP programme, providing diverse options for student success.
