COMING UP
April promises to be a vibrant and inspiring month at SIS-PIK, filled with academic milestones, creativity, and community engagement.
We begin with Parent – Teacher Conferences on 7th and 9th April from 1.30pm, an important opportunity to discuss student progress and next steps.
From 13th – 17th April, our whole school will take part in our annual STEAM Festival – a celebration of resourcefulness and innovation, as students collaborate to solve real-world challenges linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. We are also delighted to welcome visiting students from Trinity International School for a cultural exchange during this exciting week.
On 17th April, our Performing Arts faculty will host a special showcase day, featuring a studio production of Dear Evan Hansen by our Grade 10 BTEC Performing Arts students at 10am, followed by the Lower Primary musical Go Fish! at 1.30pm.
The 4th Annual Education Day takes place on 18th April, when educators from across Jakarta will join us at SIS-PIK for keynote speeches and professional learning sessions led by our talented staff.
Primary students will celebrate Kartini Day on 21st April, and we mark World Book Day on 23rd April, promoting a love of reading across the school.
Finally, April signals the start of examination season, with IGCSE examinations beginning on 24th April and IB examinations commencing on 27th April for our Grade 12 students.
It will be a dynamic month of learning, performance, reflection, and achievement at SIS-PIK.
