JAPANESE STUDENTS VISIT
From 13th to 17th April, our Primary School was delighted to welcome nine visiting students from Trinity International School, Nagoya, Japan. The group, comprising students from Grades 2 to 5, was accompanied by their teachers, Mr Jason and Mr Justin.
During their visit, the students participated in a full immersion programme, joining their buddy classes and following the regular school timetable. This allowed them to experience authentic classroom learning and interact closely with their peers and teachers.
Their visit coincided with our Primary STEAM Week celebration, allowing them to engage in a variety of exciting activities. They enthusiastically participated in House Challenges, the Art Jam competition, and other STEAM-related activities throughout the week.
A highlight for the Grade 2 and 3 students was attending the ‘Go Fish’ Musical performance, adding a joyful cultural experience to their immersion.
To end the week, class teachers and students prepared thoughtful, self-made souvenir photos featuring class pictures along with warm messages and well-wishes for each visiting student. These keepsakes reflected the friendships and meaningful connections formed during their time with us.
The visit was a valuable exchange of learning, culture, and collaboration between our school community and Trinity International School, Nagoya.
