Education Day at SIS-PIK marked our largest conference to date, bringing together over 200 participants from 30 schools for a purposeful and inspiring day of professional learning. This year’s programme was enriched by keynote addresses from Prof Eko Indrajit, Chancellor of Pradita University and a leading light on technology in education, and Ms Sherrierose Gonzalez, Director of BINUS School Education. Their insights set an ambitious and forward-looking tone for the day.

We were also pleased to welcome visiting panellists from Australian Independent School, Independent School of Jakarta, and ACG School Jakarta, who contributed valuable perspectives through engaging discussions and collaboration on AI and the IBDP. 

The stars of the day, however, were undoubtedly our own teaching team, who collectively delivered 26 high-quality training sessions. Their willingness to share expertise, reflect on practice, and support one another exemplifies the strength of our professional community.

Events such as Education Day reinforce our belief that great schools are built on collaboration and continuous growth. By investing in professional learning at this level, we ensure that our students benefit from innovative, high-quality teaching every day.
