SIS-PIK Community Showcase

April 2026

COMING UP

May is a significant and demanding month in the school calendar, with our students sitting their IGCSE and IB examinations, alongside the final submission of BTEC assignments. This is an important milestone in their academic journeys, and we wish all of our students every success as they demonstrate their knowledge, resilience, and commitment.

We look forward to celebrating a major highlight of the year on 21st May, as we honour the achievements of our Grade 12 students at the Graduation Ceremony. It is always a proud moment as we launch them from SIS-PIK to the world’s leading universities, confident in their readiness for the next stage of their journey.

Earlier in the month, we warmly invite our Primary mothers to the Mother’s Day Tea on 7th May, where they will enjoy a special afternoon of performances, shared activities, and refreshments. This is always a joyful occasion that celebrates the important role of mothers within our community. Please note this is a ticketed event, and parents must register in advance.

To support our youngest learners, we will host the K2 – G1 Transition event on Saturday 23rd May. This morning is designed to ensure a smooth and confident move from Preschool to Primary, with orientation sessions led by class teachers and dedicated time for parents to engage and ask questions.

Finally, Semester Assessment 2 (SA2) examinations will begin on 28th May for students in Grades 1 – 9 and Grade 11. We encourage all students to prepare thoroughly and approach this period with focus and determination – and of course, we wish them luck!

It is a busy and purposeful month ahead, and we look forward to celebrating both effort and achievement across the school. The academic year finishes on Thursday 11th June, and students are expected in school until the very end of the year.
