High School
Maths Day 2026, held on April 15th, was a fun and engaging celebration of learning across the High School department. The day included a variety of activities such as Semester Assignment presentations, the Maths Quiz Bee, the 6-7 Challenge, and Maths Bingo.

The Maths Quiz Bee challenged students to think quickly and apply their knowledge under pressure, creating a lively atmosphere. The 6-7 Challenge was a clear favourite, with its fast-paced format and playful “six-seven” twist that students really enjoyed. Maths Bingo added a fun, interactive element, where we rolled the dice and both students and teachers joined in, using the sums to match numbers on their cards.

It was great to see students taking part with so much energy and enthusiasm, which really brought the event to life. The positive feedback from both students and teachers was also encouraging and showed how much these kinds of experiences are appreciated.

This event was made possible through the teamwork of the Maths Department, along with the support of fellow teachers who helped ensure everything ran smoothly.

Overall, Maths Day 2026 was a meaningful experience that highlighted how enjoyable and relevant mathematics can be for students.

The Science Department organised a dynamic Science Presentation as part of STEAM Week, showcasing student learning through engaging presentations and creative display boards. Featuring projects from the IBDP Collaborative Sciences Project (CSP) and Semester Assignments, students explored real-world challenges inspired by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs).
