PREFECT INVESTITURE
The school proudly welcomed its newly appointed Prefects for the year 2026 during the Prefect Investiture Ceremony held on 26 January. The event marked an important milestone as students officially stepped into leadership roles and committed themselves to serving the school community.
The ceremony began with a moment of appreciation for the outgoing Prefects, whose dedication and service over the past year were recognised through the presentation of certificates. Their contributions set a strong foundation for the incoming leadership team. One of the most meaningful moments of the ceremony was the candle-lighting ritual, symbolising the passing of responsibility, unity, and the shared commitment to lead by example. As each candle was lit, it reflected how leadership, when shared, can inspire growth and positive change throughout the school.

The newly inducted Prefects include the Head and Vice Head Prefects, House Deputy Captains and House Grade Representatives, as well as Grade Representatives. Together, they are entrusted with upholding the school’s core values, particularly the 4 Rs and 3 Is, which guide students in demonstrating respect, responsibility, integrity, and initiative in their daily actions. Through these values, the Prefect body aims to foster a supportive, inclusive, and disciplined learning environment.

The Prefects extend their sincere gratitude to the school leadership, teachers, and fellow students for their continued trust and encouragement. As a team, they are committed to working collaboratively, leading with confidence, and contributing positively to school life throughout the year 2026.
