As we look ahead to Term 3, there are several important events taking place across the school.

We will begin the term on Monday 5 January, and students are expected to return ready for lessons and activities as normal. During the first week, we will also hold Parent Teacher Conference afternoons on Tuesday 6 January and Thursday 8 January. These sessions provide an opportunity to discuss student progress and next steps for learning.

Our High School student leaders will take part in a Leadership Camp on the weekend of 9 and 10 January. Students will stay overnight on campus and participate in leadership tasks and challenges. This experience supports personal development and will form part of our selection process for High School Prefects.

On Wednesday 14 January, students taking BTEC Creative Media and IB Film will visit a professional production house. This field experience will allow students to see the full workflow behind film and media production and connect classroom learning with real industry practice.

We are also pleased to share that SIS-PIK will host its first Model United Nations Conference from 16 to 18 January. Schools from across Jakarta will join us as students debate global issues, practise diplomacy, and develop public speaking and negotiation skills.

Finally, our Primary student leaders will take part in the Primary Prefects Leadership Camp on Saturday 24 January. This will be an important opportunity for younger leaders to learn teamwork, communication, and responsibility.
