October is set to be a busy and exciting month at SIS-PIK, filled with learning, celebration, and community spirit.

We begin on 7th October with our Mid-Autumn Festival, a wonderful opportunity to celebrate culture and tradition together. That same week, we will also hold Parent-Teacher Conferences on the afternoons of 7th and 9th October, an important time for families and teachers to connect and discuss each child’s progress.

The following week, the whole school will take part in Learning Journeys, with students stepping outside the classroom to learn through real-world experiences.

From 17th to 19th October, SIS-PIK has the honour of hosting the ISTA Film Festival – an international event held in Indonesia for the very first time. This exciting festival will bring together Grade 10 to 12 students from SIS-PIK and abroad for an immersive experience in creativity, storytelling, and collaboration through film.

On 20th October, we will proudly hold our STUCO Investiture Ceremony, welcoming our new Student Council as they step into leadership roles to serve our school community.

Throughout the month, our High School Community Conversations will continue every Tuesday afternoon, giving students a voice in shaping school life. Finally, we will close the month with our much-anticipated Halloween celebrations, always a highlight for students and families alike.
