WELLBEING WEEK
Preschool
Our Well-Being Week was a vibrant celebration of mindfulness, physical activity, emotional wellness, and gratitude. Throughout the week, pupils took part in mindfulness exercises to promote relaxation and focus, setting a positive tone for their days. Physical activities such as stretching, aerobics, and outdoor play encouraged movement and emphasised the importance of staying active.
Emotional wellness was a key focus, with interactive sessions helping children to recognise and express their feelings in healthy ways. Gratitude was celebrated through lessons on healthy eating, highlighting the value of balanced meals. The week concluded with an exhilarating group workout, blending fun and fitness.
It was a truly enriching experience, inspiring children to care for their overall well-being.

Primary
Primary classes are thrilled to launch Well-Being Week, focusing on promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being for both pupils and staff through engaging daily activities.
On Mindful Monday, pupils began with a mindfulness session to centre themselves, followed by exchanging appreciation messages on a shared wall. Active Tuesday started with a morning stretch, including group activities or light yoga, energising the entire school community. Wellness Wednesday featured a workshop on balanced nutrition, where pupils brought and shared healthy snacks or lunches with their classmates. On Thankful Thursday, pupils performed random acts of kindness and wrote letters of appreciation to someone special.
The week concluded with Fun and Fitness Friday, featuring a high-energy, joyful group dance or Zumba session.
